What do I do if my login details do not work?
A separate registration is required for our hotel booking page. Your access data for the exhibitor shop or others do not work.
You can choose the access data individually. This customer account will remain valid for you for future bookings.
How can I request a new password? I have forgotten my password.
On the login page you have the option of assigning a new password. To do this, go to Forgot password, enter the email address you have stored and then assign a new password.
I am looking for 1-9 rooms for the exhibition.
NürnbergMesse offers its exhibitors the opportunity to book from contingents at selected partner hotels on its booking platform.

What do I do if I need more than 10 rooms or additional nights?
Please send us your exact requirements using the email mailto:exhibitor.hotels@nuernbergmesse.de. Make sure that we have all the necessary information so that we can enquire about hotels separately.
I was charged EUR 50.00 for the reservation, what does that mean?
In order to check whether the credit card required to guarantee the booking is valid, an amount of EUR 50.00 is reserved.
Due to the 3D-Secure procedure, it is necessary that reservations are also authorized, which often leads to the miscommunication that the card is being charged. The reservation remains reserved for between 7 and 31 days, depending on the card-issuing bank.
In principle, this is a temporary reduction of your credit limit and not a debit.
How can I change my booking?
You only have the option of cancelling your booking completely. Please send us your change requests by email to exhibitor.hotels@nuernbergmesse.de.
How can I cancel my booking?
On your confirmation you will find a relogin code with which you can access your booking. Alternatively, you can log in to https://hotels.nuernbergmesse.de with your access data and view your booking under "My details"
I would like to change my booking but can only cancel it.
That is correct, you only have the option of cancelling the booking completely. Please send us your change requests by e-mail, we will check the options and make the possible changes for you.
