- In its history spanning more than 20 years BIOFACH has advanced to become the world's largest trade fair for organic products and is held each February in Nuremberg, Germany.
It is organized by NürnbergMesse under the auspices of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM).
The mother of all organic product trade fairs is and remains the international pacesetter for suppliers and buyers in the organic products sector.
